This document applies to the Tesora app (Windows program). For the seonova.pro website, see the legal notice and the privacy policy. Inside the app it lives behind the Legal button.

What Tesora is

Tesora is a Windows program you install on your own computer. It searches expired or expiring domains across several sources, ranks them by what they may be worth to you and alerts you. It is made by SeoNova (seonova.pro).

Free now, paid later

During the beta, Tesora is free. Later on we may offer paid plans or keep some features for a plan. If that happens, we will tell you in advance inside the app and at seonova.pro. Your reports, watchlists and copies stored on your PC remain yours.

One account, one PC (free mode)

In free mode, Tesora runs on a single computer per account. If you connect it to the cloud with your email, that email is tied to that machine.

Your accounts and your keys

Third-party accounts you connect (SEO tools, AI providers, Telegram, registrars) are yours, are stored encrypted on your PC and are used under each service’s terms. You are the one accepting those terms and paying, if they charge.

Not investment advice

The data you see (traffic, authority, valuations, bids, drop dates) comes from third parties and may be wrong, incomplete or outdated. Auctions and drops are run by those platforms, not by Tesora: a bid may close or be lost due to delays beyond our control. Nothing shown is investment advice or a guarantee of results. Always verify at the source before bidding or registering.

What we don’t promise

Tesora is provided “as is”, in beta. We don’t guarantee that you will find domains, get them or resell them. We are not liable for losses arising from using the program or from decisions made with its data.

Fair use

Don’t use Tesora to overload or abuse data sources, or for unlawful purposes. We may withdraw beta access or the licence pass in case of abuse.

Updates

The app checks for new versions and tells you. Some old versions may stop being supported; then we’ll ask you to update to continue.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version and the app shows them to you when they change. Questions: [email protected]. Governing law: Spanish law; courts of Barcelona unless consumer law says otherwise.
