2. What data we collect
During the current waitlist phase, we collect only:
- Email — when you sign up for the waitlist
- Name — when you sign up (optional)
- IP address — anonymized, for technical and security reasons via Cloudflare
- Aggregated browsing data — visits, countries, devices (no personal identification, via Cloudflare Analytics)
We do not collect sensitive data (health, ideology, sexual orientation, religion, biometrics).
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively to:
- Notify you about the SeoNova launch and relevant updates
- Apply your early access discount (50% off for the first 6 months) when the service launches
- Respond to your inquiries if you contact us
- Improve the website through aggregated analytics (no personal identification)
We don’t use your data for third-party advertising. We don’t sell your information.
4. Legal basis
- Explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): you voluntarily check the consent box when joining the waitlist.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): for aggregated analytics and site security.
5. Data retention
- Email + name: until you request removal or the SeoNova project is discontinued.
- IP and browsing data: Cloudflare retains them for a maximum of 30 days for security.
- When commercial activity begins, applicable tax retention periods (4-6 years) will apply to invoices and contracts.
6. Recipients and processors
Your data is processed via the following service providers:

Some processors (Cloudflare, Google) are located in the USA. Transfers are protected by:

- EU-US Data Privacy Framework
8. Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- Access — know what data we hold about you
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure (“right to be forgotten”) — request deletion
- Object — to specific processing
- Restriction — limit temporary use
- Portability — receive your data in structured format
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if your rights are not respected

Send an email to [email protected] with subject “GDPR: [right you want to exercise]”. We’ll respond within 30 days max.
To unsubscribe from the waitlist without email: every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
