This document applies to the Tesora app (Windows program). For the seonova.pro website, see the legal notice and the privacy policy. Inside the app it lives behind the Legal button.
The idea in one sentence
Tesora runs on your PC. Your accounts, reports and watchlists stay on your computer. We receive the bare minimum to know which version runs and, only if you want, your email for the licence.
What stays on your PC
- Third-party accounts and keys you connect (SEO tools, AI, Telegram, registrars): encrypted on your machine and never shown again.
- Each scan’s reports, your watchlists, your studies and any website copies you save.
What leaves your PC and where it goes
- To the data sources and services you configure (auction platforms and registrars, SEO tools, the internet archive, an AI provider if you add a key, Telegram if you connect it): the queries needed for the scan and the alerts, with your accounts and under each service’s privacy terms.
- To SeoNova, on start-up and every 6 hours: the app version number, the operating system and an anonymous machine identifier (a code derived from the hardware; it carries no name or personal data). It is used to tell you about new versions and for the licence pass. As with any web request, your IP address also arrives.
- To SeoNova, only if you connect the cloud: your email address, to create your account and tie it to your machine. Without the cloud, you give us no email at all.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell data. We don’t see your third-party accounts or your reports. There is an anonymous-statistics option, on by default and switchable in Settings: see the next section.
Anonymous statistics (optional)
If you leave it on, along with the daily check-in the app sends us: the version number, the operating system, the same anonymous machine identifier the check-in uses, how many scans and domains it saw that day, how many domains you watch, and serious errors (technical message and five lines of trace, with no user paths). Never domain names, accounts or keys. You can see exactly what is sent and switch it off in Settings.
Email and website
If you write to [email protected] (including from the app’s contact button) or join the newsletter at seonova.pro, the website privacy policy applies.
Your rights
What is on your PC you delete by uninstalling Tesora and removing its folder. What we hold (cloud account email, machine identifier, emails you send us) you can access, correct or delete by writing to [email protected].
